RETURNS

If you for any reason would like to return, exchange or make a complaint, please contact us and we will give you the instructions.

The customer must make a complaint within reasonable time after the defect was discovered and notify us why he or she considers our product to be defective.

The costumer must also return the product. La Maison Bagatelle will only bear the return cost if the product is defective or wrongly delivered.
